Ah, that's you then I was on the phone with him a little earlier and said that the first manifold posted was for someone in England.

he's done 4 or 5 for us in the uk now, petes has 2" dia runners supporting a gt42, again all done off of pictures and measurements

Yes. It's a twin scroll equal length manifold. Even the wastegate runners are equal length, though they don't necessarily look like it in the pic.

That must be the GT42 he mentioned, then. He said he couldn't remember if it were for a GT40 or GT42. Pete's looking for 1000whp? If not, then it's someone else that's pushing for 1000whp on the VET with a GT42...

He almost gave out someone's name that is currently getting their ride done, and is a member of the SR community, that's going with a GT35 or GT40 series, shooting for 800whp or thereabouts.

Said the guy previously put down over 500whp, and gained over 20whp going from a full race to the protech EL manifold.

Don't know who it is, but I'm damn sure interested to find out.

Bruce stated that twin scroll turbines benifit from the dual wastegate setup. He said that spool time comes even earlier, as the manifold has a true two piece collector design (IIRC that's how he put it).
