Lucino GTi-R NEW PROJECT
I would like to share my new project is a 1998 MDM Lucino GSR, already got a GTi-R swap and some other track oriented stuff.

The goal is 380-400whp at high boost and 320whp for the track, this car has a lot of issues due to the previous owner took it to the wrong shops and messed it up, I did a compression test and the gauge reads 145-150psi across the board.

I still have some questions about the 54C GTi-R engine, this is the first one I have one (still need to get the FSM) and I would like to get your advice.

Here are some parts the car already have:

- GTi-R engine CP pistons and unknown forged rods
- Stock tb028 (still in good shape)
- Crushed bent turboback
- Nology garbage wires
- OEM yellow feed injectors
- OEM DE ECU runing B14 OEM MAF and distributor
- Aeromotive external fuel pump and FPR
- JWT Flywheel
- Stoptech BBK
- OEM rear brakes
- OZ Superleggera wrapped with Nitto NEOGEN 215/35R18
- KYB excel g/Eibach springs
- Ricey GTR Nissan bodykit
- some other random stuff

What kind of body kit is that?? I want one! I haven't seen very many at ALL that match the factory lines.

looks like a custom kit.. never seen it before.. fender flares?

Never been much for fender flares, but have to admit, these look good. They match the body kit like they were made for it....unless they're part of the kit.

It's all part of the GTR kit...fender flares, sides, front/rear bumpers.

It's the sides that are the biggest problem for me. when you look at them from the front of the car, the stick out so much further from the door because they come up to the side moldings.

However, they are the only sides that really come low enough to match the molded lip on the front bumper.

Clean car man. Good start!

Is it the Erebuni kit? That's the only one I could find that looks like it....but none of them came with the flares.

I agree though, it is a great looking car. Certainly a good starting point.

What oil Pump is the best for this engine?? The oem of gti-r or the Neo VVL oil Pump?? And the head gasket is the same in the sr20de (b13,b14,b15) sr20det (s13,s14,s15, gti-r, w10,w11)??
