And just because the motor is build doesnt mean it can withstand the heat from the small turbos being pushed. Those pistons will melt just as fast as the stockers if heat becomes an issue. Just keep a close eye on things during tuning when the boost is up high.

Well you would know about having too much drama in threads but I definitely think you make some good points about the main bolts and all. I don't know about boosting the block and head to separation. Also you would know about overboosting small turbos and melting pistons. Its good that now Stratton knows to keep a close eye on things under hard boost.

Yeah, my wife knows about drama in my threads. Other than that, Its all the crap i get about posting useful knowledge by experience not just talking about what ive done and what my car did and whats on it.

Im trying to prevent crap from happening when it can definetly be prevented. Again its Strattons money, his build, and if he wants to try and push it i can honestly say its not gonna be a happy ending. It may last a couple pulls but if things are not right and there is excessive heat. Damage will happen.

I agree with the drama and staying out of it.... this thread is about a build..... some people agree with the parts and management some don't.. bottom line it Strat's build... Now about riding the CT. boys jocks... I do not agree with that but, opinions are like assholes... everyone has one..whatever...
