blow off valve not sounding

as posted my bov is not sounding off have it hooked up to the manifold under the throttle body but still nothing? FYI im holding boost just fine

Just because you cannot hear it does not mean it is not opening....

Have you used a vacuum pump to make sure it opens? Is it recirculated?

not recirculated. have not used a pump how do i test it?

where is another good vacuum source i can use?

Vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator.

Your vacuum line must come from between the head and the throttle plate, before the throttle body (i.e between the compressor outlet and the throttle plate) won't work.
