FYI - Synapse also comes with a recirculation fitting.

is the avenir/bb valve the same as the 1g dsm? As in does it leak for a mild setup

tial is nice but the synapse seems like a better quality bov, also a great mechanical design

The stock Nissan BOV is good foor stock boost levels but not much more. The 1G DSM will hold 18 psi (unmodified) without leaking which is quite a bit more than most OEM BOVs which is why it is popular. The stock Nissan stuff is a bit weaker I believe.

i think the synapse is not needed because it over complicates things. Keep it simple stupid is what i go by.

It's STUPID simple. You install it, run vacuum lines, and forget about it. Pretty damn simple if you ask me.
