I don't thing they would on that one. But manifold runner length and design has much to do with the performance of high duration/overlap cams.

18 g turbo will work well with the 2.0 cams and a individual runner manifold. You need a 70mm turbine wheel and good size ex housing to use a log mani with the 2.0 cams. Log manifolds create a bigger chance of getting reversion, and would need a larger turbine with less backpressure to be very effective.

It blows my mind how over technical you guys get sometimes. It's a T-25 turbo set up for God's sake.

I'm running SR16 cams set at 0 degrees with a upgraded T28 and it runs great. Made over 400whp. Power falls off around 7500rpm because of the size of the turbo but it still feels good.
