96 B14 Running Lean
Here we go again. I am currently running an 01 Roller Rocker with a bluebird
T25 kit, Z32,370s @ 4 bar. For some reason I can't stop my car from running lean. I also have a Calum Basic ecu. I have a datascan datalog session from just running on idle that everyone is more than welcome to take view at it. I don't know what else to do. I am in desperate need of HELP and I have to do an emissions inspection pretty soon. Whatever suggestion or advice is very dearly welcomed so people don't hold back.Thank you once again everybody in advance. More than welcome pm me so that I can send the datalog session.

is the car constantly running lean or just lean in boost?

the idle is wicked lean and wot! idle runs around 17.6 up to 20.8 afr, my wot runs which I really can't do too much is 13.2, the lowest i have seen it ever is 12.0 and it was real quick blip. I was looking at the injector latency in tp rt and its at .64 ms, don't know if thats right.

That tune is right, It's straight from Calum.

Moved this to the correct section.

Did you get a 4 bar tune? Also 370's are around .59ms in latency, but it should be richer at .64ms.

you will pass emmisons running lean so dont worry about that.

If I move the injector latency to 1.15 it runs perfect at idle and wot, also the car stays on way better. I have deduced that either the injectors I have are too lazy and won't run right unless its as high as that or the mafs is shot. I can't think of anything else. According to LikeTheMovies that tune is perfect and is set to run my setup. Why it runs like crap at .64 ms I dont know. If i can't get it fixed its going for sale.

Increasing the fuel pressure from 3 to 4 bar will require a higher latency, just as you've found.

So is it oright if my latency is higher than normal, according to everybody else it should be way lower. My fuel pressure is at 59 psi right now. If I change the latency to anything lower it just runs like total crap. At least with where its at right now my wot runs are pinned down to 11.7 afr.

have you adjusted your fuel pressure correctly via regulator?
