anyone running new precision turbos?
I was wondering if anyone is running any of the new precision billet turbos the
5857,6057,6062, or 6262 Im just looking for any information about how this perform on our sr20s and about spool time and so on.

The 6262 is a badass turbo! About like a SC61 would be, just slightly faster spool, and more efficient.

Im running a 6262 journal bearing .63 AR backhousing.

Feels great. Night and day difference w/ performance from my old turbonetics t3/t4 .82AR

Get full boost(17psi) around 5100rpm spool starts @ about 3800rpm (3rd gear). Doesnt die out up top @ all (8200rpm).

Great turbo, 12psi on this turbo is almost comparable to 20psi on the last turbo.

Faster spool than the 61, are you sure on that?

If you're running a SC6176 and the housings and bearing cartridges are the same, then, yes.. the 6262 will spool up slightly faster.

Thats sounds exactly the same as how my 2871r with .86 exhaust housing spools. Any idea what kinda power your making on 12 psi? What kinda mani are you running?
