190lph fuel pump
I have a walbro 190lph pump in my car and was wondering if there were any definitive answers out there as to the limits of this pump? What horsepower can it handle? Is there any issue with running 4bar fuel pressure with this pump? Looking to make between 250-275whp and wondering if I should upgrade or not.

I read a couple threads where people alluded to it being safe up to 300whp or more but nothing solid. Also, there was no mention of 4bar. Thanks

There have been no issues reported with the stock fuel pump supporting a T25 or T28 setup.

a 190lph pump should flow enough to support around 370-400whp. This all depends on the voltage the pump sees.

Really? Anyone in particular that you know of whose using the stock pump on a t25 setup? I'm nervous about taking apart the fuel canister to change out the pump because I heard it could be a pain in the ass especially the plastic tabs on the outside. If it's not mandatory for stock boost then that would save some time and energy.

Its easy...for me at least. People mostly complain about shredding their hands and wrists on the opening of the gas tank.

The hardest part for me was getting the fuel pump housing back in the slot on the bottom of the tank....Because them gas fumes will get ya! So roll the windows down and put a fan in the car when you open the tank.

Yes it's true. There have been quite a few people running with stock pumps on a basic turbo setup.
