I run a 4 bar program from Jim Wolf on my 50lb MSD's and I haven't had any issues. This was the setup on the car when I bought it over a year ago. Since then, I've had tons of other issues, but fuel has yet to be one of them.

Not saying you should do this, but just know that there are others out there that have a 4 bar MSD setup that runs perfectly fine.

well i too have converted my aem fuel map to 4 bar and had no issues however he wants to run e85 which means he is basicly jjust looking to up the fuel pressure toobtain more fuel flow however off the batt i personally think its going to need llarger injectors straight forward with 4 bar or just larger injectors

I think I may just get bigger injectors to run the E85, but I guess it was just a question in general to see if others have been running them at 4 bar in case in the future wanting to run it.

may i ask why you want to run e85?

I have a 9.5:1 motor, I can run more boost without the risk of detonation. Up here E85 is readily available, I can make more power, cheaper than pump gas, and it smells pretty cool when it is getting burned. Besides it something for you to ask condescending questions about

Serious? If you dont know about E85 you better ask somebody! Its like Race gas at the pump! Can you say super timing advance with NO detonation THe only reason you dont hear more about it is because you cant get it in most places sadly.

But yeah E85 will def need some big injectors since you apparently have to spray more fuel even for the same setup.

you can also ruin leaner on e85 which is where you can see the extra mpg. along with the advanced timing e85 makes for really mean ful for boosted application.

i have been looking into going e85 but trying to srt through the bs as some ppl say its bad for your fuel pump and fuel filter, others say it isnt its really hard to tell.

the fuel setup im running is:
msd 72lb injectors
walbro 255lph
jwt high flow fuel rail
nismo fpr
z32 fuel filter

i thinki could run e85 with that setup but not sure

You should be able to run with that. I know there are a lot of different theory's out there on why it is bad for the fuel system. I do know it can eat your rubber seals out IF water is introduced into the system. Honestly I dont think I will ever have the car long enough to feel any of the negative effects anyways. As far as fuel mileage goes, I am not building my car for fuel mileage, thats what my DD is for.
