Need help again
Im still finishing up my avenir swap into a b14. I got the motor started and running. Intake, exhaust, electricals and everything else is done and hooked up. Also, a JWT ecu.

But my problem is my car wont idle (lmao, another one of those threads)

The codes Ive got are:
p0325 knock sensor (I think I messed up when I extended the wire)
p0110 Intake air temp sensor (dont have one)
p1440 ?? My manual doesnt have that code listed

Its running rich, wont rev over 4000, and the revs are all over the place trying to idle. The weird thing that confuses me though is that when I unplug the MAF the car idles just at 1000.

Also, when I unplug the TPS, the car dies. How can I time the motor if I cant get into base timing mode...

Could I need a new MAF? What is the model numbers on a 95 Sr20 maf sensor? The one Im using now says 22680-1m205 and is plastic.

Well Im probably using one from a ga16 anyway, Ive got 3 MAFs laying around all with different numbers but theyre all plastic so it gets confusing sometimes.

Im pretty sure the iacv is good because when I turn the idler screw it does its job and adjusts idle speed.

Ummm... If your MAF is plastic than it is not an SR MAF from a B14. The B14 SR MAF is aluminum just like the B13 unit. What is the three (3) character code at the end of the code say? Or do you have a picture of your MAF?

Its plastic... I have one that is aftermarket and a Nissan one. Looks like theyre both ga16 though.

That's possible, but I think it may also be a B15 unit. I think they are plastic, too. But likely they're GA16.
