My setup is far from optimized. I just slapped a calum basic in there and dyno'd it.

Base timing at 7psi with a U12 T25, 370cc, fmic, S4's, full 3 inch turbo back. Nothing more, nothing less. I can't wait to get some outlaw manifold spacers and install new chips so i can run 12psi and see where it takes me.

Thanks COHEED and ASHTONSSER for putting it in perspective. 2dr sentra, you have S4's and I have BC 2's nuff said. I am in no way dissapointed at what I put down after all it's a base dyno with no tuning, I just thought I would make a lil more hp and it seems like the silencer is what held that back. I will be making adjustments and getting a downpipe in the next few weeks and I'll keep you guys posted...

If you want to make the most power at 7psi as you can then fine. Mess with timing and fuel. If you just want to make more power up the boost and keep your a/f good and your golden. Again dont go crazy with it. 10-11psi on a t25 is plenty and safe if you know what your doing.


It was on a mustang dyno tho, and the car felt alot stronger than the numbers i got for certain reasons.

Odd. On my old set up. Stock ecu (untuned), stock 370cc, stock bb t25 on10lbs. Stock cams. Fmic, hard piping, full 3inch exhaust. put down 199.7tq and 197.xx hp. I have the sheet if anyone really wants to see it.

Its mostly your silencer and a 3" downpipe would open it up a lil more. Everything else looks good. Ever looked at those silencers for the exhaust? Them ****s are like a steel straw in the exhaust. You take it out and youll get the power back.

numbers are going to vari the dynojet to my is kinda a overestimate on power, which the dyno dynamics is a load bearing dyno which i feel is a more real world whp figure. sometimes the dyno dynamics numbers arent as padded as thwe dynojet but its more realistic when you get into dyno comparisons like mustand,dynojet,dyno dynamics your going to have different variables with the dynos themselves that are going to make the whp vari

I have to agree all dyno's read different to a number of issues. the operator can cause errors. the dyno setup can cause errors. Lack of air flow while on the dyno messes with the numbers. Also if you want accurate you want a inertia dyno, but they hard to find these days. All new dynos use a load cell and not a accelerometer like a inertia dyno.

i prefer the inertia type myself. consistent and less electronics to fub the numbers. But it won't load up like the eddy-current dynos etc.

S4's make 30-40WHP easily for starters. BCs, not so much. 2nd, the USDM motor has a higher compression ratio, yielding you high power. So you kind of AREN'T running the same setup.

very true but i myself like to use dyno dynamixs most if not all the times to have my car tuned. i felt a big difference in the way my car ran between using the mustang then going to the dynamics it felt alot more streetable and it wasnt so much in the tune but the overall way the car performed the dynamics dynos are more like street tuning than they perform like your dynojet or mustang or even dynopak which i have had my car tuned on all but the dynopak and the dynamics just seems the best to me
