LC1 with the ssi-4 box is what I am currently gonna use. also once I have it hooked up is tuning it hard? Or is it more like trial an error?

Well it's not the wideband that's controlling your fuel needs, it's the SAFC. The wideband can move from car to car and you would just have to tune the SAFC in the other car to the proper a/f ratios. The wideband is just giving you the readings to help you tune it correctly.

The only issue would be the wiring, it would be a lot easier to move from car to car if it had some snap in connectors for the wiring.

OK guys still having a few issues- I researched them but just wanted to run them by you to confirm.

Setup:
t25 on 7psi, 330CC qr25de injectors, Walbro 250lph pump, 3 bar fuel pressure on stock regulator, stock b15 sr20 MAF run blow thru, vented BOV.

Symptoms:
1.The car keeps stalling out while idling and will not stay running at times. We basically have to keep starting it over and over and give it gas for it to idle.
2. Even at idle the car is sounds like it's misfiring like a mofo
3. At 4,000 RPM or so it breaks up really bad while boosting. It sounds like a 2 step.

Possible causes?:
1. the spark plug gap needs to be reduced to .028-.030 correct? and the plug of choice is the NGK BKR7E? I believe it's gapped to .044 right now, we didn't mess with the plugs yet.

2. Ignition timing needs to be kicked back to 15*? It's still set at 17*

3. Would a TPS sensor cause this kind of issue?

Did you take off the tps at any point?

Vacuum leaks.

As far as I know... the tps was never moved an as for the vac leaks I rechecked all possiable leaks an got nothing. I also tried running the maf infront of the turbo an I did notice the difference. Maybe just a bit more fine tuning? Would a different maf help the situation? Like a bigger maf to alow more air flow..

it's not the MAF the 00-01 SE MAF can support over 300 WHP. Make the boost leak tester that I showed you and use soap and water sprayed on the couplers and t fittings to see if anything bubbles up. If so obviously you have a leak. Also check the blow off valve for leaks the same way. From what I understand, if you run the MAF draw thru (after the air filter) you have to recirculate the bov.

Also just to be safe, try the tps idle relearn from the FSM. HAHA.

What about the timing and spark plug gap guys? 15* and .028?

Just to share, location of the Wastegate line is important.

Since I swapped the T28 I've been using this:

I moved it to the line by the throttle body, before I was boosting 6-7 psi, now it's 7-8. My Wastegate should be a 9 psi one, which I still have a leak thus can't built it up to that 9 yet .
