2.5" OD for the compressor inlet.

2" OD for the compressor outlet.

2.25 for Compressor inlet, then 2" for outlet. Outlet may vary depending on which one you buy.

Sorry to contradict you Cliff, but you haven't owned a T25 in how many years now?

I rebuild enough of them, V.

I have always used/recommended a 2.5" coupler since they're more readily available, and the pre-turbo intake pipe doesn't need to hold boost pressure. Clamp it down just to secure the piping and that's that.

Good to know that it's a 2.25" though. Wouldn't mind having something that small again. REALLY hard trying to get a pre-turbo intake to fit with a 4" compressor inlet.

The T25 doesn't have a replaceable inlet, unlike the T28. So you are basically stuck with 2.25 to 2.5 or what ever coupler. If you stick a 2.5" coupler on there, it will be like sleeping with Paris Hilton, there is nothing to hold it down/in .

V - I disagree with the paris hilton statment. You're talking about a mere 1/4" diameter difference, which isn't much. A good worm clamp or even t-bolt clamp will secure the coupler fine; however I digress.

What intake my filter is on the compressor inlet. I found k&n makes a shorty filter that fits perfect. it has a 4" inlet.

Ha I guess it really depends on how well you want your car to run, especially with draw through. I may take shortcuts in some areas, but I don't screw around with air and fuel .

It's just too prone not to get a good seal. SiliconIntakes.com is the place for all couplers, prices are not too different to just spend the money and get it done right.
