OH **** I didnt even see that you called me back! I was trying to get some help with holding the chain to keep it tight on the crank. Wound up going to Walmart for bungee cords and worked it out. Ill take you for a ride though and you tell me how it feels to you.

Also...seriously this idle only sometimes thing has to go away. Does it normally work it self out?

Not talking about the idle. I like the lope. Im talking about it doesnt want to idle sometimes at all. Itll just stall. My vacuum is at 15-16 at idle which im pretty sure is normal for SR20's with S4's.

HMMM thats weird. Maybe someone can chime in and help you with that that has done this install before. No boost leaks or vacum leaks right? I wonder why iit doesn't want to idle? So its running good huh? Yeah take my ass for a ride in it definately ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah runs really good. Doesnt break up and pulls hard. My tune is at 11.7-12 accross the board like its supposed to be at 20lbs. Just doesnt want to idle sometimes. But it may be getting better. Who knows. Cant wait till they are all nice broken in to get some dyno time going on. Just gotta put fresh axles on, and some good rubber. And find out where this coolant leak is.

I dont know. Maybe I havent driven the car enough to get a feel for the cams. It definately idles like the ones on Youtube but then itll smooth out. Ill take it out tommorow and see hwo it feels again then

maybe re-check timing and idle? From what I've *read* the ECU will need a few days to adjust to the cams. Maybe it'll work itself out. I'll be interested in hearing back as I'm putting S4 cams in soon as well

Yeah since I finally put the cams in Im definately going to be dynoing. So well see where the WHP is. That will tell me for sure. It should be somewhere close to 400 (Hopefully over 4 lol) if the car is running right and the cams are working.
