Could be that you need to raise the base idle rpm

not a lot to go wrong with a bored housing. Your vac should be 18-20inhg at idle with stock cams.

I have Toda cams and valve springs 264 duration w/ 10.5 mm lift

I get about 16 in-hg at idle with my old ecu.
