PSI got me thinking.
At what PSI ( i.e 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 etc. ) can you compare what mods are equal.
For example is 6 PSI comparable to cams, header, ecu, exhaust, weight reduction etc?
Is 10 PSI comparable to say a small block V8? I know they're apples n oranges but at what point would one be able to compare the power output of a certain type of turbo set up to a engine size/displacement setup?
Reason why i ask is because i dropped my boost to 6 psi ( for better MPG and because i like RPM's ) to soften the blow to my stock clutch ( until i get my ACT setup ) , so i noticed that i now am able to chirp 2-3rd gear, kinda like my old setup ( header, exhaust , no cat, advanced timing etc ) .
Very weird but that thought jumped into my head.
