Bgreen it seems reliability is def. a big deal for you. If money isn't too much of an issue, I think a VE on stock cams coupled with the disco would make an ideal DD and one hell of a punisher down low and through the midrange, which is where you need it most. If funds are tight I say refeshen a DE with some new rings and bearings, change pistons if needed and the money you you would've used for a new disco and VE, you get some S4's and a T28. Now that's a simple setup that would be reliable and LOTS of fun, which to me is MOST important. No sense making Gobbs of HP if everytime you drive the car **** breaks...That isn't fun to me.
