So you dynoed the car without at down pipe? Just straight off of the turbo back housing?

yes sir and drove 4 hours all together like it with the windows open and sunroof open people were looking at me crazy haha.

lol, tops even me. haha

Its funny cuz thats exactly what happened with my setup. I had my boost controller off so it should have only made 14-15psi on the wastegate spring and it crept to 19psi by redline and made 407whp. The tial 38mm was just not enough to support that big of a turbo. At higher boost levels its fine and doesnt creep at all. On cold days ive seen it creep up to as high as 22psi.

what turbo is this with ? if it is the sc61 or 62 i would say there is something wrong

congratz on the numbers morgan

as for the w/g creeping issues, I haven't had any issues w/ creep :S. Running the same setup (turbo w/g combo)

Somthing else may have been wrong. I have seen huge turbos run 38mm WG's and not one single issue with boost creep running off of the WG.
