your right. if you go to the website you can see a nice diagram. You don't use the vent if you are going to connect the top and bottom ports.

You can reference the boost signal on the compressor housing or after the throttle plate. I've always done it off the manifold.

You leave the top port unplugged unless you are hooking up an electric boost controller. My setup goes from the hotside piping to the lower port and the MBC is teed into that.

Quote from DSM forum. (result of searching)

"1. Ball and spring MBC,

Compressor housing (no BOV line) -> MBC -> Side fitting. The top fitting of the wastegate is to be vented to the atmosphere.

2. Bleeder MBC (like TurboXS),

Follow the directions given in post #3, keep in mind that your adjustment knob will now work in reverse."

I have this turboxs MBC.
Turbo XS

The post #3 referred to is a diagram of how to hook up a EBC.

What do you guys think? Worth a shot?

Well i got tired of messing with it and went and bought all new vaccum lines and re-ran everything. It runs alot better on just the spring psi and i have a full 18inhg of vaccum(i had about 15 before). I couldnt see any major problems like holes or anything but whatever i did made a huge difference.

I will once again try to hook up the MBC to the wastegate tomorrow and see what i got. Im just gonna hook it inline to the bottom nipple and see what happens.
