Blow through or draw through set up?

Blow through will max out the maf quicker.

and when it leans out it makes the exact same boost?

@10 psi i think you can be making 220 or so... 205 seems few hp at that boost...

I maxed mine out @13 psi on a T25, dont know hp since I tuned it using wideband and never went to the dyno with that setup...

and yeah I strongly recomend getting another maf...

Yeah its holding the same boost.

Well the maf is before the turbo inlet and after the airfilter if thats what your talking about. Not on the intercooler piping.

How is the e60 maxima MAF?
Should i just get a z32?

hmm, im having a similar problem to this but only lean at idle.16.1-17.0 afr
im running stock avenir DET, Z32maf "draw through", bluebird ECU, and SAFC. the AFC doesnt correct. even with 1000rpm@+50 my idle afr is still 16.1-17.0. I thought is was my fuel pump going bad so I replaced it with a walbro 255, and it changed nothing.even with afrs the way that they are the idle is very steady and vaccuum is well over 20. running BKR7E spak plugs gapped to 28, not sure what the timing is set at. distributor is right in the middle.

and your setting the afc at the low throttle right? cause if you change parameters in hi throttle at iddle it will do nothing...
and the afc does correct parameters in other rpm range?

Well i bought a z32 maf. Ill throw it in when it gets here and see what happens, AFL off the afc at WOT is saying i was at 90.87% ...

yup im using the low throttle setting. it corrects in other rpm ranges just not idle. what sucks is that i was running the exact same setup on my last motor, and the idle would be steady at 14.7 with only 25%correction. now this motor flashes between 16.9-and 17.0 with 50%correction.
im stumped. one other thing I noticed that was different this time was that the airflow used to read like 0.3-0.5 when I let the SAFC load up before I started the car. now whenever I let it load up it reads 0.0 I dont think its the MAF because the car still revs up fine.

Still going lean with the z32 maf. Idk what it could be now. Anyone else have any ideas? I think im going to try and get ahold of a u13 bluebird ecu. Give that a shot
