Car going lean WOT
So my car was going lean at WOT between 4500 to 5500. My wideband would show anywhere from 13.1 to 13.8 but after and before those RPM's its rich...
So i put in a safc2 thinking i could just richen it up a bit between those. I intsall it, adjust my idol and it works. Then add fuel between those rpm's and it dosnt do anything. It just keeps going lean....
Any suggestions? Im really lost...

What are you running for a computer ? When was the last time you calibrated your wideband ?

Wideband is like 2 days old.
The ECU is a stock SE-R (sr20de). But i have the safc on there.

"Wideband is like 2 days old."

This tells us nothing as to whether the wideband was calibrated or not. Did you free air calibrate the wideband, or just slap it in the exhaust?

If your SAFC is making ZERO corrections, you need to be looking at fuel delivery items, timing, and vacuum/boost leaks.

also remember that when tunning with an afc, which to deliver more fuel increases the volt readings of the maf, if your maf is at its limit then it will not deliver more fuel no matter what you do, that happened to me with my SE-R maf and T25...

Also a very good point.

Check to see if your connections for the SAFC are hooked up right. Your MAF may be maxing out and you cant dump anymore fuel that happened to me at 230whp on the dyno with the stock MAF. However my tuner did something with the e-manage to adjust the voltage so it will be able read higher (he tricked the voltage some how).

Sorry, i did not calibrate it, i just put it on. But the safc is making corrections on everything else, like in and out works, i can lean it out on idol, and just regular driving. Just isnt fixing it when i hit full boost and wot between those RPMS.
It has stock se-r MAF....so this could be it...perhaps?
z32 maf prob the best to try out?
Thanks for all the help guys..!

Im just confused why it will go lean just for a few seconds then richen up in the last few thousand rpms..

Stock Se-R MAF is good to 250hp max. What boost are you running at? stock boost?
