I miss that car. It was a lot of fun to drive. Especially on the spray.

1800 pounds means you've removed 600 pounds from the car. Thats EVERYTHING.
I remember Figgy and he did hack the crap out of that car. That being said this car has all Lexan windows, and I imagine most of the body panels are not metal anymore. Figgy's car was still a street car. Another 100lbs isn't hard to imagine from paneling and windows.

I agree. Only windows that were Lexan on Figgys car were the two quarter windows. Front and rear and door were still glass.

Only the front half of the car isn't metal, well the trunk isn't metal either but the front half is that one piece front end.

If that's the case then that car has to light as hell.

Weight makes more of a difference then power. He could even cut more weight by getting some drag wheels and skinnies for the rear. I'm sure the engine is making good power but if you put that in a regular street car you would be going a hell of a lot slower and putting a lot more stress on your drivetrain.
This is one of the cars, that if it is still together in 30 years, would be worth $100,00. maybe more (not accounting for inflation). Hopefully the owner catches on to that and takes care of the car.
