300whp isnt bad with him not even switching the cams. THE 330-340whp hell get with the cams switching over will be a nice reliable not laggy street car!

I built my block and put on a T28 also. It's not a stock T28 though. Still made 445whp at 25lbs.
That car will be very responsive. Some guys like their power early and some like it later. Just a matter of preference. I know some guys making close to a hundred more horses than me and still can't run my times in the 1/4. On the highway it will be a different story.
Let's see what it does with the cams switched. At least it's running again.

Numbers are pretty impressive for being on the low lobe. Still running the 20ve cams right? I'd like to see what numbers you'll have when on the high cam.

Curious, is the car blowing out blue smoke?

i dont see it making much more, maybe 325 im guessing, the turbo is way past its effiency and blowing hot air. but good numbers none the less.

my det with a t28 made 305whp at 15pounds. im sure at 18 pounds it would have made more but whats the point. ugh i need a 718r in my life (soon ) lets not start talking **** but jun recommened i go with a ve, but man i just love a de.

on a side not you could have made that with a stock de... or a stock ve for that matter. looking foward to seeing the dyno after your break in.

stratton.

on a side note. When somebody builds a motor is because they plan on running a bigger turbo. Hell the car stock DET I tuned on emanage made 280whp and that was just a street tune on 12lbs.

I bet money he makes 330-345whp. On his higher lobe cams. Theres an actual equation that you can calculate to give you a good estimate in power.
