is $800 a good deal for a full spec v trans setup minus the mazworx kit clutch and fw?

parts included are 6 speed trans, axles, spindles, hubs, slave and master cylinder, clutch pedal assembly, shifter assembly, basically everything out of the spec v

I dont know how much the trans only usually goes for but that sounds like a hell of a deal to me!!!!!!!!!! I remember a while back some dude on here was desperate and was down to $200 + shipping on his spec v tranny.

That's a decent price for the whole shebang. It's even nicer because everything has been sourced already, so you don't need to look for any parts.
