Yet another radiator leaking
This is my third radiator in the car in a year. It's an "oem" replacement for an NX1600, I think. The core isn't very thick, almost like a stock 95-98 SE-R core.
The radiator seems to be leaking around the top by the water neck, where the core is clamped to the plastic end tank. I'm now in the market for a SOLID radiator, not something with ****ty plastic end tanks. Other than going with a Koyo unit or a Modine, are there any other options out there? I don't want a half width radiator. I don't have an upper radiator support. I'm using two slim fans as pushers, and I had assumed that the radiator was leaking from a damaged fin that may have been rubbed by the pass. fan, but the coolant leak is around the top of the plastic end tank, and not anywhere else.
