I agree with you 100%. That makes no damn sense at all.

I for one will be running a mid-large size turbo but, I am plan on boosting a lot more than what my waste gate will allow.

That's why there is brake boosting


Don't get me wrong I have had some very "quick" small fram turbo cars in my hands. They are very fun and they spin just as much tire as a bigger turbo car if not more at times due to the fact of how close the whp and tq figures are compared to a large turbo car where they are more spaced out.

Yeah, thats actually what i hated from small turbos, as soon as i put the foot down, its all wheel spin, the response is very fun though. First thing I noticed while driving my car with a big turbo, was the traction, the extra lag provided a lot of traction while launching, Im very happy with my SC61, cause, i have descent traction down low, and the top end is just crazy.

when you get into high boost on the larger fram turbos you will be spinning tires on the top end and its so fun haha

I am trying not to rush my build but, I am getting anxious. Just need a few thinsg to button the motor up.
