If there is such a thing?

I'm gathering parts for a 6-speed swap for my P11. I have found a way to keep my stock flywheel, but the input shaft of the QR tranny is physically larger,thus I can not use my current clutch. Is there a place out there that will make 215mm clutch disc with a larger opening to accept the QR input shaft?

Call any place that makes clutches. If your in Ca call em all lol.

care to ellaborate on how you were able to use the stock flywheel with the 6spd swap? are you using the p12 bell housing or a modified qr?

Does the QR clutch not work with the swap?

I'd like to know this as well, I'm about to start my swap.



If I'm not mistaken the qr is 250mm instead of 215mm and if he's using the stock flywheel it's only 215mm.

you can Try Action Clutch in East LA. If you google it the phone number and address will come up. The lady that works there knows her stuff but I haven't bought anything from them in a while so I don't know if there still open.

Yep, those numbers sound right. I was looking for a good suggestion because I am turbo and I know turbo guys usually have the most experience on clutch selection and customization. I'm trying to stay 215mm so I can avoid the CEL for the CPS, or I get a step down harness.

you might want to check with mazworx in the vendor's section...if you've got a few bucks to spend.

Other than that I'd say possibly a machine shop is your only other option. You'd have to find one with a laser or waterjet I'd say.
