That sucks. Was it used? Did it go bad over time or was it bad out of the box?

its new in the box. Its for my ve-t build. I did lots of research before I purchased it. To be honest I only needed to read the article mike k wrote, but I still searched for people who were unhappy. I found a few people who had controller issues but that was about it.

Apparently bad OTB, but I didn't have anything to compare it to at first, so it may have just been a shortened lifespan.

As far as the LC-1 w/ gauge that you guys are running, can you view the output on the gauge and still have analog input into another device?

Great, thanks I was planning on getting the LC-1 anyway, just didn't know whether I could use the gauge and log with the RTv2 at the same time or not

^Where do you plan on mounting it? I see you said this is for you VE+T build. Would you go with the same choice if you were N/A? I acutally will need two widebands, but I will do some more researching as well. I'll have to check out what Mike K. said.
