Jus wanna thank you all for your suggestions! The o2 sensor works beautifully! crusing @ 14.5-15.2 and idling @ 14.9-15.8

What was the solution? fuse or new sensor w/dedicated ground?

New o2 sensor with dedicated ground.. the fuse was fuctioning fine.

well damn maybe this is the issue of my random rough idle.....i am running a 3 wire sensor......no ground what so ever.....would this also cause hesitation between shifting?
