I would do a lowport head with highport cams. VE pistons and some DE/DET rods. This should get you some good response off boost.

I'm rocking my stock RR We'll see when she pops. I love SR's. You can get them for next to nothing so its not like it matters if you blow **** up.

VE pistons have held up fine for me so far on my VE. Still intact after seeing 14psi on a t25 no hiccups at all. Reg 93 pump too.

I wonder what they could on pump with a bigger turbo. On 93

But I am biased lol

I'm cool with that lets see what happens

I kind of want to see what happens with the sr16 pistons..

I wanna build a 10:1 or 10.5:1 VE and see what boost it will handle on my setup on pump. A VE should be able to handle 10psi all the way up to almost 11:1 with a free flowing turbo and intercooler. Or it could blow up.

Or it could blow up.

Heheh heh.

sr16ve pistons on det rods is like 13:1 right?

what kind of response would that get with...say a gt35/sc6262?

of course this would be with meth injection or e85
