thoughts on my setup - and power out puts
hey guys
just wondering what u think on my set up and any recommendations on mods i should get, i plan to hit the dyno in the spring when i get back home from school. i just finished this build in sept and had to the put the car away
this is all in a 2001 nissan sentra se i hope i am over 300whp but not sure.

set up
sr20ve-t dybird, det bottom end and ve head
sr20vet metal head gasket
ve oil pump
custom asp t2 turbo manifold Shorty
gt2876 turbo 14psi wastegate
555cc injectors
255 walbro
4 bar is what my nismo fpr is set at
oil cooler 32 row kit
calum ecu with a na ve tune, - i am looking in to a nistune or realtime
15deg advance timing
11.8:1 a/f (i tune my self on the highway)
3inch turbo back exhaust
3inch cat, and vibrant black muffler with 2.5inc tip
2.5inch intercooler piping
turbosmart bov - need to change this to a reciculating set up
apexi vsfc controller 4500rpm vvl activation
Megan racing coilover
boost gauge, oil tempo and psi gauge and wideband gauge
custom made b14 to b15 ecu harness
front28mm stillen and rear nismo 24.5mm (i think ) sway bars
slotted disk brakes and hawk pads
running re07 tires off sti (friend gave them to me, great tires for track)
on 02 spec v rims painted bronze

i track the car and drag race is on weekends but its my dd

inputs and comments are welcome

Are you going to run a 4bar program? That turbo can max out those injectors at 3bar. Interested to see what happens with that turbo I have only seen it on rwd sr20's with mixed results.

I would want a much weaker wastegate. 14 psi from a GT2876 is going to be annoying as hell to street tune. I'd rather start out with much lower boost.

i am running them at 4 bar, and ya i was thinking about that they might be small, but when i get my new ecu, i wanna get it for 72lb injectors or should i go 90lbs

You will need a new fuel rail too. Or you could use nismo 740cc or sard 850cc. You can still run the 555cc at 4bar which will still support a little over 400whp.

i just figured out that 14 psi is all i wanted for boost and just get a wastegate and no boost controller needed

when i tuned, i just went on highway in 4th gear and went wot and made sure the a/f was close to 11.5-11.8

i dont want over 400whp for my daily driver. i just want 300-350whp

i know **** i hate that, i had a ve + 75shot and i wanted the power all the time, thats why i build a sr20ve-t ... lol

I would have a hard time keeping power below 400 WHP with that turbo on a VE with 14 psi.
