what,s the stock gap for the sr20det motor? (stock boost)

.032"~.035" IIRC. Stock DE is .044" with heatrange 6 plugs.

.028 is what i measured on the factory plugs i pulled out of my stock u13 bb motor

Cool thanks. Assumed they were more than that. That's a pretty tight plug for a stock DET.

i think the stock plugs are PFBR6E-11 iirc....

That's what I keep hearing, but isn't 5 the stock heat range?

That sounds about right actually, B13's ignition system is weaker then B14's thus the spark can split up if the gap is too high.

That is correct, those are the platinum series of the plugs. I pulled a set out of my Wife's G20 (50k miles on the clock so they were factory originals). I also pulled a set out of my W11 Avenir.

For coppers 5's might the default for most areas. I think 5's ran too hot for traffic driving, etc.
