plug gap
here my set up... sr20de-t high compression 12lbs boost, msd, ngk 7's, stock timing. what the best gap i should run?

mine´s are at 0.28 and the car feels great

It's hard to tell, which ever doesn't blow out. .028 is the max that you probably will be able to go on stock boost, at 12psi you might blow it out.

Best bet is to get on a dyno and play with gaps

biggest you can run without spark blow out.

i´m runing at 6psi, and i want to turn up the boost to 12 this weekend at the track, wat gapping did you recomend at 12psi

i dont think you will have a problem with them gapped at .025 to .028 i never did i had mine gapped at .035 and ran it as high as 15psi

i have njk 7's irridiums they came gapped at .038 im running 12psi on det 8.5.1,with gt28r & plugs look perfect..no issuses..car runs great..

They will look fine, and the car might feel great but the dyno will differences.

My car made 5whp on side gapped plugs vs identical ones gaped around .032, which is what they come with new. Side gapping helped me reduce the amount of spark blow out along with a better burn, thus increased power.

Ive got my bkr7e coppers at .22 for the amount of boost i run, I had them at .30 and got spark blowout above 22psi. At .22 i was still good all the way up to 30psi, stock ignition.
