maf problem possibly, mine did this when I had a bad wire to the maf.

Cliff iirc the stock pump is a 90lph unit.

jwt deletes the knock sensor from there program. I have had this issue with a jwt ecu. I checked everything and finally found that too much timing was being pulled causing the car to hesitate. I added a safc-2 and the problem went away for the most part. It still likes to due this when the engine is cold.

make sure you reset the stored tps values in the ecu and force it to relearn. This is easier to do with a consult interface but can be done with out it.
