got a question at the bottom of the throttle body at that little nipple if the car is at idle should it still pull vacuum? or do you have to open the throttle (rev it up) for it to pull?

That's used for Emissions. On most cars, that I've seen at least, it is capped off. It should be right before the throttle plate, not inside the intake manifold.

You may still see vacuum on it because the IACV still sucks in air with throttle closed.

did you "stock" internal gate have the screw assembly on it
or was it all straight rod with no adjustment screw

then Im going to show you my vacuum for my MBC and how everything is hooked up
if along the way on the vid you see anything out of the ordinary please point it out thanks

Please pressure test to check for leaks first. There is a write up on how to build one here.

I heard something about a tennis ball on the butterfly and then put the intake pipe back on
and take the piping from the turbo and get a fitting for it and take a air compressor and turn it to how much psi I want to run and that way it will test for leaks and I will be able to hear it. True or false?

IC Pipe Tester

make that and connect it to the turbo and pressure test the system
