wideband question
what are the common signs of a wideband oxygen sensor failing ?

im having some issues with the wideband reading 10.0 justy cruising, just in the past week it has starting doing this, could this be a sign of a sensor failing, or could it just be a exhaust leak before the sensor ?

Exhaust leak before the sensor would make it read leaner, not richer.
Failing sensors read very rich or very lean and usually go to the extremes so you'd see 7.99 (or what ever the richest the sensor reads) instead of 10.00. It could be dirty/clogged, and failing slowly. Or, the sensor could be good and you could be real rich now for whatever reason.

Ahh, then it seems you are at the most extreme end of it's readings...

You could pull the Wideband sensor out of the exhaust and see if it reads 17.0. That's a quick and easy way to test it. Not the best way though. You should check AEM's forums I'm sure they have all this info. Offical AEM Air Induction Systems and Performance Electronics Site - Home Page

Alternative question: How long do the wideband O2 sensors last?
