My turboed P11 won't rev past 2500 rpm
I have the following:
2000 G20
GT28RS turbo
hot shot intercooler
Z32 MAF
Emanage
mototron 60lbs injectors

I set the emanage rotary setting to 7 0 1 for the Z32 MAF and set the base injectors to 259cc and 630 cc for the larger inejctors. I also set the air flow adjustment screws on the emanage to all zeros.

The car starts but struggles then idles to 900rpm cold start. If I rev up, it won't go past 2500 rpm, like there is a fuel cut. I regrounded the Z32 maf checked all the wiring and also tried another Z32 MAF, but no luck. I do however still have the EGR hooked up but I took off the tube that went from the stock manifold to the EGR. Is this because of the EGR still being hooked up? Emanage however still reads about 1.5V for input air and about 1.08 for output air during idle. at about 2k rpm input air is 2.3V and output air is 1.7V.

Any suggestions?

I know you checked it but it sure sounds like a maf issue.

Sounds like your maf 5 volt and 12 volt are backwards. Did you just put the z32 maf in or has it been in your car for a while? If you just put it in try swapping the 5 volt and 12 volts around it won't hurt anything just don't touch them to the ground.

so you don't think EGR is the issue?

You are suppose to set those switches to the settings the book tells you. You then go into the perimeter settings and change the A/F meter to NSHW2, change your injector sizes, choose your maps, check the throttle position voltage, click confirm, it will tell you to turn off the ignition then turn it back on. Go to communication and click export data to main unit. When it's done turn off the ignition again then back on and you should be good to go. That's if everything is wired correct.

207 is the recommended setting for that car. 701 is for the 300zx. Good luck. I hope that solves your issues.

7 0 1 is if I use the Z32 MAF correct? or does that designate which ECU I have?

That setting is for ECU. You change the MAF in the perimeter screen. Just follow what i told you and you should be good. I've been doing the emanage for a long time, that's what's on my car and most of the cars i have done for people.

It will not run good with those setting. It would act like the MAF is bad.
