For turbo you want the cams with the least amount of overlap, higher lift over longer duration. VET cams where made for small frame turbos, and poorly flowing stock manifold, hence they have only 13* of overlap high lift and fairly low duration.
Stock SR20VE cams
GT2871R with 0.86 turbine housing
SR20VET Turbo Manifold ( G Spec Has it )
9 to 1 compression
Manley or Eagle rods
740cc Nismo or Tomei injs.
2.5 in intercooler piping
3 in turbo back exhaust
Will make 400 WHP at 16 PSI
A car with this power on slicks will run 11.4-11.6 at 124 MPH
