CAS can't be the culprit for getting no power at injectors. I can't imagine how that would be possible.

What are my options for the problem ben could it be the ecu? what wires carry the signal from the ecu to the injectors power or ground? Could I run a wire off the battery and runs resistors in line of it?

Don't use worm clamps! They are not designed to hold any boost, 15 psi is dangerous, it if pop's off someone might loose an eye. Second is your coupler it self, is it a multi layered silicon one?

If you want good quality couplers and clamps check out Intercooler Pipe Fabrication - Silicone Intake Systems Auto Parts

I have to go with Vadim on this one junk those clamps and knurl the ends of your piping. I can't even stress to you how many times piping has come flying off during a race very embarassing...Hmmm I also had a simillar problem with that blow off valve can you post a picture of it?

The blow off valve in the youtube video may not sound like a beast but it is tuned correct. That's what counts LOL

This is what I am using next time short and sweet.

Yeah I will try to get a pic of it up. I have had the piping come off going down the road as well, not fun at all when it does it and your stuck it traffic.

Never had a clamp come off on me, beat/roll your ends and use proper Silicon couplers with proper T-Bolt clamps and you will be fine.

Since when do your injectors have 0 volts? That's a totally new problem right? And the car still runs?

I would highly suggest you make a new thread about this new problem. I can answer questions there.

Never seen that before. Must be the ecu if the ecu is getting power than the injectors should be firing unless the harness is cut or a connection is bad. When I first installed my e-manage my injectors weren't firing or atleast 1 I think. I noticed the connection to the stock ecu was loose from tinkering with the wires so I made sure all connections were secure and it was alright. BTW the car still ran just not well at all and if I let off the gas it would die.
