Your spring is not tough enough then. But then again from what I noticed with the stock BOV is, the spring would leak at 5 psi with no line connected. Once I connected a line to it (so that the boost would push it down), it held 9 psi no problem.

Its an hks super bov which I think came stock on the gtirs, im pretty sure its time for an upgrade and I hope and cross my fingers that it is the bov that is the problem. Intercooler piping pressure testing fine to 30 psi so piping is good. I did push the end of the bov in and I couldn't hear any leaks when testing the whole system but as soon as I stopped pressing against the bov it vented.

Good luck, don't spend too much on a BOV. Do you have another one laying around to test with? I'm personally using this one, so far so good

I dunno what the real one sounds like, but it does have a whistle to it. I personally recirc, so it's quiet . Got way too much attention blowing it off.

K, You really can't beat the price on it, hopefully that fixes the boost leak, now I gotta find out why my injectors are at 0 volts.

I think thats pretty self evident, have any ideas why they don't have power? Could the CAS be the culprit?
