Thread: car is smoking help!!!!!!!!

Hey guys
I have a avenir motor that i just built,pistons rods and rings.my first start up i have blue smoke coming out the exhaust.is it something for me to worry about?or does the rings need to set.and yes the rings were installed correctly.

my car never smoked when I rebuilt the motor with fresh pistons rings everything so idk man something doesnt sound right.

yea i pissed.i wonder if the machine shop installed the right valve seals

thats why I dont like other people touching my stuff unless I know they know the car

i would just let it run and see what happens from there

yea is there a way for me to check without pulling the head?

ohk.well when i try to drive it it smokes more

houston we have a problem. Thats not good at all its definitely blue smoke?

yea...the turbo is new also
