By my figures it's 303 X 1.19 = Let me google that for you

But you said it was at the hub (dyno packs) so that's 6% he doesn't get.
303 * 1.13 = Let me google that for you

Honestly hub dynos are a long way off wheel hp. 300hp @ hubs is closer to bhp like above. on a hub isn't so special but still about where you should be with the mods so thats ok. DOnt worry about figures so much just drive the car/ enjoy it and save for a 2.5L bottom end

From what I can recall (measured on the dyno) a fwd p11 (stock)no lsd gearbox losses 11% on stock 14 185/65(14,4 kgs) wheels with the right alignment stock brakes etc, so that means 120whp plus 11% its 134,8 hp wich is right spot on .. on this cars.
My car for example ... 500whp the losses from a lsd gearbox 18kgs wheels 350z brakes a little lighter than the stocks (aprox 400grams) losses 7% at 550whp 6% aprox .a rwd car losses 14-5% awd 18-9% measured on the dyno .. all of this cars had stock wheels.
I will have to dig in my old computer and post the results ,please give me a cuple of days.(this is iteresting.
regards.

This is why I'm saying 15% for a FWD car: http://www.sr20-forum.com/vvl/11137-figures-kw-hp-convertions-nz-usa.html#post145570

ofcourse..... x 1.17! DURRR!!! and im an accountant major? lol im still a truck driver for now. LMAO!!!!

EDIT: but the 303whp figure is my buddys car: AWD. so thatd be 303 x 2.25= 681.75

EDIT2: ok then, sr20de is rated 140bhp. regardelss % if you do 140 x .17 = 23.8 - 140 = 116.2 then reverse it: 116.2 x 1.17 = 135.954 that doesnt add up! maybe i should change my major!

I'm uberly confused where your math skills come from

Your buddy is 303whp at AWD thus it would be 303 x 1.25 = 378.75 BHP

SR20 is 140 bhp, so 140 / 1.15 = 121.73 whp. If you take that 121.73 x 1.15 = 139.98. The reason it comes short is because I rounded.

Woah, slow down there killer. We already said AWD was 19-25%. You're doing 125% right there.

That's always been something I've been conscious of. Depending on how you do the math, you can't "reverse" the calculation. If you want to get into a math discussion warn me first so I can eat my Wheaties tomorrow morning.
