I daily drive my 94' SE-R, back and forth from work, around town, etc. I have logged 14k miles since last year and i havent really ran into any problems wise with the motor. I am running a refreshed u13 bluebird, stock everything besides intake and full 3" exhaust. I get about 32mpg on the highway and like 14 city. This is probably the most reliable car i have ever owned, even my 03 spec v was less reliable than this car.

My set up is:
JGY 11lb flywheel
Exedy Stage 2 clutch(thin)
New valve stem seals
new front and rear main seals
Place Racing motor mounts
on my 4th trans
Walbro 255
on my 2nd clutch cable
Custom 2.5" intercool/piping kit
3" downpipe
3"exhaust to WS2 turbo
Brand spanking new T25
MSD Blaster Coil
No a/c(yet)
No p/s

car is abused and never skips a beat. i love it.

I think the longest running DD turbo car was spdracerUT who put something like 55k miles on the car turbo'd and didn't really run into any issues.

been daily driving my car u13 swapped 94 for 2 years 20k miles. blew my hg few months ago. been driving on a clutch that slips under boost for almost a year( i'm poor and lazy) run 7 psi daily. high boost setting of 11. custom fmic, VRS 3in ss exhaust(need a diff muffler the grapefruit shooter is annoying on the highway).

Dealing with a jumpy idle and rich running conditions right now, but is still reliable. usually 23 city 35 highway mpg but i high scene 41 highway. love the car. only turbo fwd sr in town!

Daily Drive My P10 all options still on the car still have ac/ps/pw/pdl. SR20VE+T T25 recently got it to hold 14lbs, just need to tune.

Plus the extra "fun" on the weekends. Not one problem yet.

turbo engines arent unreliable, i mean the avenir come standard with turbo, same thing with the gtir, so i mean its not like we are like hondas where you are putting a turbo on a na car and seeing what it can do, even the sr20de are basicly simular in build with the sr20det, so even putting a turbo on it, they share the same simularities so even then its not unreliable.

problems you are going to run into are going to vary depending on the parts used in the turbo kit via aftermarket. stock parts are pretty reliable, depending on the ammount that you push them to, everything has a breaking point.

b13kev- did realize main seals were mods.

Daily!

t28 de+t, cobra, 72lbers, full 3" turbo back, light weight, flywheel clutch and much more....

Only problem so far: my clutch cable broke because I have a fairly heavy clutch and it was a cheapo clutch cable... also this doesn't really have much to do with a turbo.

Only been turbo'd for about 2-3 months and I for see no problems
