Biggest problem I'm having is the packaging of the transition, then making the turndown. The cast piece is SO tight, that doing it with mandrel bent tube required me to take several different approaches. I have to settle on somethin I want is all. I'll have pics up shortly.

We appreciate the hard work Dame Dash... I don't want to speak for everyone else, but I'm so antsy to see pics of the production.

I am anxious to see as well. For the full dp pieces I guess there will be more room. No?

the only one of these that I've ever seen on a FWD SR20 was pie cut to get that sharp turn... dunno if it'd be worth all the work tho...

My Day Today
By Damian N.

Today, I drove to the shop, birds chirping, people acting gay, and a rainbow lighting a dogs ass. I pondered on life, my 42mpg I get in my 235,000 mile Civic, and I consider O2 housings with divorced wastegate dumps.

I approach the Ruffsdale exit, eyes squinting in the early day sun, thinking that today shall be that day. A small bunny seemed to give me a wink from the field, as if to say "**** yeah, do that". I pulled away with a feeling of contentment, and a feeling of peace.

Many hours later, I want to hunt that rabbit. I want to take him by the paws, shake the **** out of him and scream "why goddamnit, WHY!!!" Why must this thing torture me, why!

I hate that damn rabbit.

The end.

The moral of this ****ty story. Despite thinking it'd be done today, it ****in aint. It's close, but it ain't done. I need the cuts perfect so I can jig each cut and finish one a day...it's not perfect. I ended up with the transition and two cuts. It's nice...it'll work, it fits the small ass space, and it is far enough away from the bolts to work. So, reflecting on a great scene in the water boy, "Li To Pay Ano' Day....Li To Pay Ano' Day" Hopefully tomorrow I won't see that damn rabbit.

One question...when facing the turbine housing...the two bolts on the right (turbine side, not wastegate). Are those studs on your turbo's or bolts? They are going to need to be studs...is that an issue?
