Thread: Any interest in divorced wastegate O2 housing/downpipe combos?

Update: Just pm'd the flange maker. I hadn't heard anything from him, so hopefully he'll have good news here. I'll let everyone know timeframe as soon as I get these freakin flanges!!! Whew...wish I had a laser setup to make my own...this takes forever...lol.

Hey man, I'm def in on this one. I'm running a GTI-R mani and T28, but quite possibly uprading to an S15 BBT28. I assume the flanges are the same, am I right? I'm interested in the screamer type also.

Always wanted to make one. Never did. So I guess if the price is right....

Any progress? I hate to nag, but I'd prefer this to finish my car and have something that gets good gas mileage for this trip I am going on soon.

No no...no nag at all. Here's what I got. The template, for some reason, just got to the guy yesterday! 12 days from here to Canada....don't ask me why. So he said, flanges by the end of the week, then I pay and shipment happens. SO...we've arrived here and I need two things.

FIRST:

I need everyone who wants a tubular elbow, screamer or not, and is ready to purchase FOR SURE, in the next two-three weeks.

SECOND:

I am willing to work privately with two people, in order to develop pre-production units. This will mean, that if it doesn't fit perfect or needs changed, that I get communication from you QUICKLY, and I can resolve it. This is direct communication with me, not with the forum, so I can either continue with the design as it is, or change something.

I need ONE t25 guy, and one GT28 guy. I will offer a price discount, but you will be paying up front for the unit. I will only discuss the pre-production price with the prospective buyer, and ask that you keep the price to yourself regardless if you buy or not.

If you are willing to buy now, and willing to work with me on pre-production units post now. If there are multiples, I will choose the best candidate based on your membership status here, time until install, reliability as a member, etc. I need highly trustworthy and reliable guys (or chickies...to be pc...lol). Let's get it movin.

As we discussed before I'm fine with letting you use my car for test fitting these Damian.
