I'd definitely have pics along the way. That's just something I naturally do as part of the fab process, if anything just for my own benefit. I'll definitely post pics as I can get the first units done.

Time frame from this point is likely to be 3 weeks until the first piece is done. I have a turbo build that needs to get finished, along with an engine build, and a couple manifold orders to complete. In the meantime, my parttime guy is making the jig Tuesday coming up, and I'll work on getting the stuff ordered and in house within the next week and a half.

I'm also reworking my website entirely, but that's what I'm doing in what little spare time I have. So all this will be available and ready shortly, and direct through the site or by phone to me.

What's most important to me now, is getting a flange that works the way I need it to, and making a piece that ya'll want. As soon as I can get the design finalized and then the orders can follow, the sooner I can move on to other needs.

I'm workin on it...

Nice, I'm glad that someone with finer skills than mine is finally tackling this piece. I will be amazed to see this thing in 3", I cant wait.

I hope you aint' talkin about this pile of crap, cause it was some hillbilly jig I found...lol. The other jigs I have pictured are all mine except for the one with the blue iceengineworks mockup blocks.

Just FYI, the stock 'gasket' for the o2 housing is a crush washer thing, so don't bother ordering it, just take measurements off the o2 housing and possibly get some gaskets made up if you can. Second, if you were to make a T28 o2 housing that would be cool, for people who have T28 downpipes already, and wouldn't have to cut and weld. An entire 3" turbo-back setup would be even better! one that didn't drag on the ground and such, like so many that have been made..

Update here...

I got the jig just about finished. I also have the 3 bolt dp side flange plotted, so I should be able to see delivery of those flanges within 3 weeks. I hope everyone will come through on these, cause I'm about to start pumpin these suckers out...lol.

Stratton, I see you started the group buy thread on the T28 housings. Are you buying those or arranging that for the manufacturer? I see they are from AUD though, so wondering if it'd be beneficial to have someone making them in this country for shipping purposes? Do you have some investment in that deal? I don't want to step on any toes is why I ask.

How about the 1 piece DP? Will that be made at the same time or later? I think somebody else was interested too, I was just curious.
