OMG, please make these elbows... I know price would need to wait on the jig, the mock up, materials necessary, and how many people purchase... but riddle me this, for what its worth - do you have a rough estimate in your head on the price of an 02 housing w/ a divorced wastegate?

I'm talking like 30 grit rough price. Like can't hold you to anything, could be possibly different, subject to change, just sandblasted rough price

If not I understand...

These are going to be really nice. The external WG guys would probably be interested in a plain 3" O2 housing as well.

Man, thanks for all the positive comments...I work hard to make stuff well, so it's nice to know people appreciate it.

I'll definitely help you guys out. I was surprised that there was a lack of support when the O.P. told me about it.

3" elbows for ext. wastegate guys, 3" with divorced, full dp's, this is all no problem. As soon as the jigs can start being made then the process will begin. Price is just SO hard to estimate at this point, but I'll work with you people. As long as it's fair given my time, parts, and costs, then I'll be fine with it.

Where can I get a gasket that goes from the elbow to the dp so I can get that flange made by the guy that does my stuff? He needs a gasket to move forward.

You can use the normal 3" i.d. circular 3-bolt gasket, anyone on ebay should work... correct me if I'm wrong everyone.

Nope I'm slightly incorrect

The stock O2 housing is a really odd size. It measures 2.75" so a 2.5" flange is too small and a 3" flange is too large.

The 3" Hass downpipe I used had a full 3" flange, but Hass bored out the holes so it would fit on a facotry O2 housing. I used a 3" aluminum gasket and bored out the holes to match.

Check out the pictures in this post:

I think you should check it against an OEM O2 housing just to be safe.
