I have made one before and here's a few pics to maybe give you some ideas. I have no dyno before or after, however, you can hear when the wastegate opens.

More recent pics

Thoughts:
I made mine way to close to the alternator. I mocked mine up on a BB mani with a T25, and thought I had plenty of clearance. I put it on my GTiR mani and T28, it's only a cu*t hair from the grounding bolt of the alt.

My divider between the exhaust port needs to seal better. I think the circle divider that fits into the exhaust port is a great idea. With mine shown below, you can hear the exhaust gases pass by and come out the wastegate pipe, mainlyh at idle. It sounds like a bad exhaust leak.

Just trying to help. Good luck.

Awesome, thanks for the pics guys. I'm going to forward them on to the guy and hopefully he can come up with some pricing info soon.

Well, I'm the guy that'll make them here. Basically, I do alot of fab in the Honda world, but I'd like to start working into other cars that have a following where custom fab stuff is needed.

I spoke with paNX2K&SE-R when welding up his charge pipes and he stated there may be a need for some of you guys. I've done alot of custom manifolds, charge pipes, dumps, downpipes, breather setups, traction bar setups...just various fab stuff.

I'll make whatever you guys want as long as it's worth my time. I dont' have a chinese sweat shop here, I do this all independently, so as long as it works well for me I'll do it. I certainly can find a balance between whats affordable versus what you all want to pay.

The divorced setups are pretty straightforward, I just need a mockup car basically. Once I can get that sorted out, then I can fab my jigs and make as many of these as people want. Like paNX2K&SE-R stated, I can do the full downpipe with a divorced but recirculated dump, the divorced O2 housing only with open dump, or whatever else.

I can offer these in stainless or mild steel at a lesser cost, so those options would be available. If I really know what people want and are willing to truly buy, then I'd get started upon securing a mockup car.

Here's some of my Honda fab just for reference to my work so ya'll know I'm worthy of making some things:

Collector on that mani

16g stainless charge pipe welds

Some other various mani's I've made

Oh yeah, and because it's what's on the inside that matters...here some collector views. This is where other builders come up short! I put in the extra time to make my collectors flow like mad!

I knew you guys would like Damian's work once you saw his pics.

My car will be back on the road in a week or 2 and then we can start working on a prototype.
