wow no good on this fabricator.....and Im pretty sure he ripped on my manifold that we designed for my car, hey at least a product is produced. Maybe he can fab, but business relations and production sucks......Hope you get your monies back!!!!

This guy has post on honda-tech recently under the same handle. Maybe you can find him there?

U guys should call a detective from were he lives to go get your money back i remember someone on here did that or i think it was on G20.net for a secondary header. Just call and give him paypal adress and name and he will find him

I have already spoke with a detective, I know exactly where he lives. She also called him and spoke with him on the phone. She said we could file theft by deception charges if we wished to pursue this any further. If my refund isn't posted on my credit card by tomorrow, then I guess I got to do what I got to do.

This thread started in January, how about you talk to the thread starter since he is local and have him talk to the guy? I mean, he did setup the deal in the first place.

Hey, I just wanted to update in the thread here. I have been HORRIBLY HORRIBLY ill over the past three weeks. I've been in and out of the hospital, and it doesn't seem whatever is plauging me is passing.

I've committed some refunds here to people, and I fully intend to honor those committments. Having been sick, I've basically not been to work at my shop since late September, and it's dealt a blow to my budget and bills. With that said, that is what complicated refunding those of you who prepaid. I have put up some parts and things I have for sale though, in order to generate some side income to make refunds possible.

As of last night I've sold some of those items and I'll insert those funds into my account to make them available to my credit card system which can then refund money.

I did all of this with good intentions, I just want all of you to know. Some things got in the way, and alot of mudslinging began on other sites as the result of ONE dishonest businessman. He never stated that I fully held up my end of the deal, he merely started the storm, got what he wanted....and then some, then left!

As a result of all this, my illness, and some other reasons I've made the decision to close my doors after 10 years. I've been independently employed for a very long time, and the lack of healthcare has honestly scared me deeply this time. I love this business, this industry, and building cars in general, but it's not worth my life, my health, and strain that this business can bring. Furthermore, I want my hobby back. I want the love for what got me into all of this back.

So, before going on a long rant or story, I just wanted to say nothing dishonest was ever intended here, please believe that. I wanted to help out the SR20 guys, and make you guys some good parts. I understand faith is lost, which is understandable, but please understand I only wanted to help you all. I WILL uphold my commitment to refund the three of you that pre-paid the discounted pricing for the units. In addition, I still DO have the one mockup unit that I'll complete (needs the divider placed) and sell to someone cheaply on here. From there I may PRE-fab some units then sell them, but I will take NO pre-orders. I will only sell what is completed.

If I haven't responded to any above threads or pm's, I'm very sorry. I've chosen to only respond and not read any of the posts above. Alot of my sickness, according to the doctors, is stress induced, and I really don't want to get worked up. I can only apologize, and make it right. When I feel a little better here, I'll return and post.

Until then, those of you that I owe refunds to, they will be coming, just please bear with me. Yes, I know, you've beared a bit already, but....
